“Great Hotel everything bbrand new”
Stayed 2 nights found the hotel to be more than we could have asked for.
Within walking distance from Tower Bridge and Tower of London so location was perfect Tower Hill tube station close by.
This is a very modern hotel and all the staff were very friendly Drinks were priced as you would expect a little on the high side and breakfast was £24 per person The hotel is next to a Wetherspoons pub so if on a budget this would be ideal for drinks and breakfast We got this hotel on a offer @ £100 per night so i would say worth every penny and you wouldnt be dissapointed London is a great place to visit Source: Trip Advisor

“Fantastic Hotel”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 18 August to 21 August 2011 and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The checkin was smooth although we arrived to early to get into our rooms they took our luggage and delivered it to our room after we returned from a walk around. Breakfast was eat as much as you like but it is priced at £18 per person per day so this can add much to your holiday. Try to get a deal inclulding breakfast and that way you can work out how much you will spend. This hotel is situated between to tube stations so you can get around easy, although the weekend we were there the underground was closed so we had to use the bus which is just as easy to get around with as they announce what bus stop there at eg St Pauls then you know thats where you get off if this is what you want to visit.

“Excellent deal.”
Booked this as a 'secret' hotel deal and was very pleased. Only open for 6 weeks so everything very new and pristine. Staff falling over themselves to be helpful. Huge very comfortable bed. Bathroom very well appointed with a wonderful shower. Oddly though, there was already damage to the edge of the table in the bedroom . We would definitely stay here again but the cost will probably rocket as the hotel gets established. Excellent location for the City. Only drawback was that breakfast was not included and was very expensive in the restaurant so we nipped to a 'local hostelry' next door and had a very adequate much cheaper brakfast! “Great new hotel but a few minor points let it down”
Stayed here for 2 nights on business. The hotel appears very new, is very modern and the room I have to say was fantastic in terms of size and quality. Although I was on a corporate rate the cost was incredibly good for such a quality room. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
As a very frequent traveler, a few minor points let this hotel down. First the gym was out of action, which was not made known at time of booking. They have since added a notice to their website to this effect.
Secondly a maid walked in despite the do not disturb being on the door. It was 9pm and she was delivering irons to the rooms as they had not done this already. Whilst I'm sure she enjoyed seeing me led on the bed in my boxers, she should have not entered the room! Finally the breakfast was pretty poor. Nothing hot available.
Despite these minor points I'm giving them another whirl next week. Source: Trip Advisor

“New hotel with great service”
When a new hotel opens you expect to have a few small teething problems. yes there were some but nothing bad and the staff were very attentive and welcoming.
The rooms are well done with superb fitments including a Porcelanosa shower. All the usual great feature from Grange Hotels in a new venue. Source: Trip Advisor

“Well worth it”
My wife and I spent a very happy three nights here and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly. It was quiet, we had a large, well equipped room and the staff were very helpful. A good continental breakfast and free wifi were included all for less than £100 per night - great value. Nice to explore a part of London we didn't know but within easy reach of theatres and west end. We would definitely go back. Source: Trip Advisor

“Fabulous staff and location”
This brand new hotel was of incredible value for London. The hotel is stylish and comfortable and the young and energetic staff were helpful and warm. The location is perfect (view of the Tower Bridge out your window!) - just a few steps from the tube, and neighbourhood restaurants, stores, and pubs were all family friendly. Lots of smart things about the Tower Bridge (built in plugs for global travellers - no adaptors required), bluetooth connections to the in-room TV and stereo, wonderful breakfasts, and ample snacks to toss in a backpack for the day. Well done, Grange.

“Excellent stay”
We have just spent a wonderful weekend at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel. The newly opened hotel is finished to an excellent standard and provides all the ameneties expected of a 5* hotel.
Our room on the 6th floor was furnished to a high standard with a huge comfortable bed. The air conditioning was excellent although a little on the noisy side. The bathroom was a gleaming vision of black granite with an excellent shower.
The breakfast was freshly prepared and the staff could not do enoug for you. All in all the best hotel I have stayed in for a very long time, it will truely be spectacular once the spa etc are open

“Modern. Nice staff. Best shower!”
Stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and the decor is very modern compared to other hotels. Nice clean modern bathroom, the shower was amazing, a power shower with a shower coming out horizontally from the wall.
Definately be back here again! Source: Trip Advisor

“Beautiful Hotel”
We stayed here for one night on a Saturday for a family function nearby. We checked in about 4.30pm and the process was quick and painless.
Staff were very friendly and were brilliant about advising exactly where we were going, how long it would take and taxi prices.
The room was a very good size with all amenities within the room. Nice big bathroom with amazing shower! There was even a lighted side mirror near the sink!
We called the concierge for some help and they were very helpful and came back with an answer very promptly.
After the event we came back for drinks with some friends and the bar was great. Table service, nibbles and all in all the staff were very attentive. There were plenty of staff even at 3am so there was no eerie quiet hotel atmosphere. Someone was still there at that time to call the lift for us!
Generally we were very impressed and the only time we noticed at all there were works going on was when we actually saw them outside. Otherwise we had no knowledge at all.
Great hotel and as we got a deal on lastmin it was fantastic value! :-)
We love the grange hotel ranges and they have never dissapointed in the handful we have stayed at. Source: Trip Advisor

“Smart, Modern and Impressive Hotel”
Had a great stay at the Grange Tower Bridge, in a Twin Executive room on 12th floor, with breakfast, booked directly through the hotel's website.
The room was particularly spacious with two queen beds, a sofa, easy chair and high quality fixtures and fittings, including excellent lighting and mirrors. High quality bedding and plenty of pillows too. The carpeted bedroom was also nicely soundproofed and had a full length window with views across London towards Tower Bridge and beyond. Super shiny bathroom with separate shower and bath and it was nice to have a decent hairdryer in the bathroom and in the bedroom too. One minor niggle was that the air conditioning was surprisingly noisy.
Check in was efficient and friendly and every member of staff from the very helpful concierge, to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, gave us a smile and a warm greeting at all times.
Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheese and smoked salmon and the service was particularly courteous.
There are some completion works at the hotel and there was an occasional delay at busy times with only two lifts operating, but this was not a major problem and the hotel's current "soft rates" make up for any small inconvenience, thereby offering good value for money. There is free parking available on the surrounding streets from Friday evening until early Monday morning. Source: Trip Advisor

“Great hotel, great for city and tourists alike”
This was a rela comfortable hotel and they have thought about everything when it comes to tv/audi communications. Was great to plug my android hdmi phone into the TV and listen to my music and videos. Lovely bathroom though small, showers is especially nice.

“Lovely hotel handy for the tube”
Booked as part of a theatre break. Good sized room, twin room for myself and my daughter consited of two double beds. Within easy walking distance of Tower Hill tube station and a direct line to the theatre in Victoria. I was a little concerned about catching the tube back at 10.30 pm but we had no problems.

“Nice, fresh and clean hotel”
The service was very good and the staff was friendly. We requested a room higher up in the building. Since we arrived in the morning, the room was not ready. When coming back after doing some shopping in in London they did not have a room for us as we requested, but as compensation, we got a Executive room (with large windows) on the 2nd floor instead (#209). It was very nice, fresh and clean. The bathroom was excellent with both a shower and bathtub. One strange thing was that the water in the pipes from the room above could be heard in our room. It sounded like it was raining outside.
The location of the hotel was good, a 3 minute walk to the Tower Hill tube station.
Best: Room!
Least: Elevators. Only two working and extremely poorly programmed. We had to wait for 5 minutes (average time) each time... Source: Trip Advisor
